Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Despite the very small room located next to the lift, the cleanliness and pleasant frescos on the walls made the stay enjoyable. The friendly and approachable service was a highlight, although the price could have been more aligned with the room size. The superb location near major attractions and transport hubs certainly made up for the cramped quarters.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were adequate but a bit small with some mold smell. The extremely pleasant staff and good breakfast made up for it, alongside the good location that made everything walkable from the hotel.
I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel is right in the heart of Rome, with easy access to all the main tourist spots and great restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and had a wonderful view of the piazza and Basilica, which was a fantastic bonus. The service was top-notch, from the lovely restaurant lady to the management; everyone was friendly and super helpful. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of delicious options to choose from. However, the rooms were a bit dark, though they were ready upon my arrival, which was fantastic.
The hotel is conveniently close to Termini and public bus services, making it easy to explore Rome and beyond. The rooms, though slightly small, can be upgraded for a small fee. The service, especially at reception and the bar on the roof terrace, is friendly and accommodating.
The hotel may have small rooms, but they are very clean, comfy, and come with a kettle. While there is a slight taint of mould, it's still suitable for a short stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. The location is excellent, offering views of the Basilica and within walking distance of various attractions. The dining experience, although nice, can be limited at times.
The hotel is located in the historic center of Rome, offering a quaint and beautiful stay with good air conditioning and a decent breakfast. The extremely friendly staff make the experience even better, but dining options could be more extensive. Conveniently close to major attractions and Termini station.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were kept tidy, and fresh towels were given daily. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast served was good quality, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Rome on foot, although the main road noise could be a bit bothersome.
